More baseball fun!

Zachary and Nicolas are absolutely loving baseball.  It is unbelieveably exciting and their team is getting better every single game!  The game scores and the standings don't quite reflect how far they have come but even that is getting more representative.  I sadly don't have any pictures of them playing at their games since I have either been keeping score or to busy watching to take pictures!

Charlie's t-ball has been going well.  He's always very proud and excited to go to his baseball.  However, some of the practices have been far too much instruction for a bunch of 4-5 year-olds!  The kids just want to hot and throw balls.  Spending 20+ minutes explaining how you should stand on a base to run or even catch the ball is too technical for them at this age.

Charlie had a practice yesterday and it was so cold!  It was also raining a bit but thankfully they kept them busy and occupied so the few kids that made it out had fun!  I was able to snap some pictures of him in action as well as some silly ones of the older boys...

Baseball Fever

It has been a very long time since I last posted but I figured I should start up again...

Our family has been growing big and strong since I last posted.  Zachary and Nicolas are now 8 years old and are getting closer to being taller than me every day.  Charlie is soon approaching his 5th birthday and is getting ready to start kindergarten in the fall.  Lots of big changes are on the horizon!

All three boys are playing baseball this summer.  The season has started and it looks like it's going to be a fun but busy summer!

Charlie is playing t-ball which consists of two practices a week that end in a mini game.  He loves being able to play ball like his big brothers,  The league is very well organized and he will learn so much!  Here he is in his uniform!



Zachary and Nicolas are playing for the Lakeshore Yankees this year (much to their Papa's sadness at not being a Red Sox).  They have great coaches and are going to be very good!  Sadly we started the season off with two losses but we only lost by one in the second game.  Hopefully we will be able to pull off a win this week!  Here are Zachary and Nicolas...
