Update on the boys...

Zachary and Nicolas have been sick for over a week now. They are so lethargic and all they want is to be held. This is proving to be somewhat difficult for me since I only have one pair of arms. Steve was home for the weekend (including Monday) and left for Germany on Monday night. He will be coming home on Sunday (late afternoon). Grandma came down to give me a hand for the week and the timing could not have been better. I was in desperate need for an extra set of arms. The boys are so congested that they cannot lie down in their cribs to sleep. They get so stuffed up that they can no longer breathe. So, they have been spending a lot of time sleeping upright on us. This means that Mommy and Grandma are not getting all that much restful sleep.

The boys spiked fevers yesterday afternoon and last night so I called and booked an appointment with a pediatrician at their clinic. We went for our 11:30 appointment and got out of there around 1:00. However, it was worth the wait. Both boys have ear infections and are now on antibiotics. I am so sad that they have ear infections, however, at least now we have some medication to be able to make them feel better.

On a side note, I also went to see a doctor and I have a sinus infection. So, all three of us are on the same antibiotic...
